Obituary

Bonkers chose Erich. There is no other way to put it. This little kitten walked through the sliding patio doors of a friend's apartment, walked right over to Erich, and plopped in his lap. We were eating dinner, and he just made himself at home, including helping himself to Erich's plate. He was only a few weeks old, but knew what he wanted.

He was always determined to get what he wanted. A run outdoors, some love, or the coconut brownie he kept dragging across the floor when I wasn't looking.. anything he wanted, he was not going to take no for an answer. He was so full of love, life, and ambition. Big in both size and personality, but so gentle in spirit. He always knew when someone wasn't feeling well, whether it was an illness or just down. He would crawl up into your lap, and gently nudge your chest and chin.. reminding you that things are always better if you could pet the kitty.

May he be at peace, chirping back at the birds, and resting in the sun.

We'll miss you, fluffy, baby, kitty Bonkers.
